Abdul-Kerim is 6 years old. After a year, the boy's development regressed, he stopped talking, and he started having behavioral problems and a lack of understanding of spoken language. After an examination, he was diagnosed with a delay in psychomotor development and an autism spectrum disorder.

Currently, the boy does not speak, has no self-care skills, and lacks a sense of fear. Abdul-Kerim does not show interest in other children and prefers to play alone, using toys inappropriately. He lacks a pointing gesture and eye contact.

Abdul-Kerim needs help from a behavioral analyst, specialists in adaptive physical culture and sensory integration, and a speech therapist.
