Sasha needs to undergo a high-precision examination to monitor the disease — a germ cell tumor

For more than two years now, Sasha has been fighting a germ cell tumor. She has bravely endured complex treatment: five courses of chemotherapy, two tumor removal surgeries, a bone marrow transplant, and proton therapy. The doctors continue to do everything they can, but so far it has not been possible to completely remove the tumor. It was decided to finish the treatment and monitor Sasha's condition.

Every three months, Sasha travels to Sankt-Peterburg to undergo examinations — magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT). These help keep Sasha's illness under control.

Unfortunately, MRI and CT are not covered by the compulsory medical insurance. That is why we are asking for your help.
