Ibragim has a delay in psychoverbal development accompanied by behavioral disorder. He requires a rehabilitation course aimed at developing speech and correcting behavior.

Ibragim is 4 years old. According to his mother, he started walking late—at 1 year and 8 months. His parents noticed that at the age of 2 he did not respond to his name, after which they consulted neurologists. Ibragim was diagnosed with a mental and speech development disorder (ONR level 1). Currently, he is behind in speech development, does not speak, does not respond to spoken language, and does not interact with other children.

Ibragim needs to undergo a rehabilitation course to develop his speech and improve his behavior. Unfortunately, his parents cannot afford to pay for this course themselves.
