Tanya is sixteen years old, she lives in a psychoneurological residential facility and is receiving palliative care. Right now, the girl has been hospitalized with severe pneumonia and urgently needs round-the-clock individual care.
In a hospital setting, it is impossible for a palliative care teenager to survive alone. Without a close adult, Tanya, who cannot take care of herself, is left completely helpless in the face of a serious illness. A nanny nearby can notice any worsening of her breathing in time, gently feed her, turn her over, and ease the girl's suffering.
