40 children received everything they needed for the start of the school year

The start of the school year is just weeks away. For most families, preparing for September 1st is a familiar chore. But for some, purchasing even the most basic school supplies can be a serious challenge.

We're launching a fundraising campaign to buy school kits for 40 children from low-income families and families with children with disabilities. With the funds raised, we'll purchase everything they need: backpacks, notebooks, pens, pencils, pencil cases, sketchbooks, and other stationery. Each child will receive a kit appropriate for their age and school needs.

For a child, the new school year begins with more than just the ringing of the bell. It begins with the feeling that they have everything they need to learn alongside their classmates, feel confident, and not worry about being different from their peers.
