Children with disabilities require medical nutrition.

Some of the children with disabilities under our care have special needs for specialized nutrition, as they are unable to get the necessary nutrients, trace elements, and vitamins from regular food in sufficient amounts.

To make up for this deficiency, doctors prescribe nutritional formulas for these children, and for many of them, these formulas are as important as medication. Some of our beneficiaries can only tolerate a specific type of nutrition. Most often, these children have low body weight and cannot tolerate many foods.

Medical nutrition is required for these children on an ongoing basis, so we always strive to support their families.
