Said-Mukhammad has cerebral palsy and developmental delay. Because of the specifics of his condition, his teeth deteriorate very quickly and severely—much faster than in other children. Cavities, enamel destruction, and inflammation cause him constant pain, making it difficult for him to eat, speak, and simply feel well. For any child, toothache is hard to bear, but for Said-Mukhammad, who already faces many daily challenges, it becomes yet another serious ordeal.
He urgently needs dental treatment. The longer it is postponed, the harder it will be to save his teeth and the more his overall health will suffer. However, the cost of qualified dental care for children with special needs is very high: it requires a special approach, possibly treatment under anesthesia, complex procedures, and a lengthy recovery.
Said-Mukhammad's family is doing everything possible to care for him, but they cannot afford the necessary treatment on their own. All their resources go toward ongoing rehabilitation, medications, and basic support.
