Asem has a malignant retinal tumor — she needs a replacement eye prosthesis

Dear friends, last year we shared the story of Asem, who has been battling retinoblastoma — a malignant tumor of the retina — for several years. She was just two years old when the disease affected her left eye. Asem bravely underwent several rounds of chemotherapy and laser surgery. The doctors did everything possible, but they were unable to save her eye. Now, the little girl wears a prosthetic eye that needs to be replaced every year.

Asem is now thirteen. As she grows, she needs to replace her eye prosthesis with one better suited to her age; however, a medical examination is required before the new prosthesis can be fitted. We are once again turning to you for help.
