Ibragim developed like an ordinary child until the age of one. After suffering from an illness—angina—his parents began to notice that he was gradually falling behind in age-appropriate development. Ibragim stopped responding to his name, almost stopped making eye contact, and lost many skills he previously had.
At the age of two, Ibragim was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Ibragim is now 4.5 years old. During this time, after treatment and regular therapy sessions, Ibragim has shown noticeable improvements. For further development, Ibragim needs intensive sessions and ongoing work with specialists. However, the family is no longer able to pay for the necessary amount of therapy on their own.
For Ibragim, any help is an opportunity to acquire new skills, become more independent, and take another step toward a fulfilling life.
