In the Mercy Department of the Ulyanovskiy residential care home, children with severe health impairments live. Some require palliative care, and among the residents there are also children with complete loss of vision. Many of them need a special approach to nutrition.
Regular food does not always allow such children to receive enough calories and nutrients. According to doctors’ prescriptions, they need the specialized formula 'Peptamen Yunior', which helps maintain weight, preserve strength, and provides the body with essential nutrients.
Currently, the institution is in the process of arranging to receive this nutrition at the state’s expense, but this process takes time. In order not to interrupt the necessary nutrition, the care home has turned to the 'Ty emu nuzhen' foundation for help. The amount of formula planned for purchase is calculated for two children for 1.5 months.
