Maksimka is a joyful and curious little boy who has been fighting for his health since birth. From his first days of life, he had increased muscle tone and began experiencing epileptic seizures.
After examinations conducted at 5 months old, he was diagnosed with epilepsy and cerebral palsy due to hypoxia and a brain hemorrhage. The epileptic seizures were gradually brought under control with the help of medication therapy, and remission was achieved.
Maksim is now 2 years and 6 months old. Thanks to regular therapy, he can hold his head up, has learned to roll over, sit on his knees, and is trying to crawl.
Maksimka understands everything and expresses his emotions—joy, resentment, dissatisfaction, and even taste preferences—through his facial expressions. He loves listening to music and carefully watches the piano keys when his father plays melodies.
To maintain positive progress and improve his well-being, regular sessions aimed at developing motor skills are needed. It is also necessary to conduct examinations: overnight video EEG monitoring and a consultation with an epileptologist to adjust his treatment. This will help prevent the return of seizures, improve the boy’s quality of life, and have a positive effect on his development.
Здоровей, Максимка, и радуй родителей новыми умелками!
Здоровья тебе, Максимка!!!
