Help the foundation purchase dry dog ​​food!

The morning at the shelter begins with the clinking of dozens of bowls. For the shelter’s dogs, this is the most eagerly awaited moment of the day: some pace back and forth by their enclosures with anticipation, while others wait silently but watch every move made by the staff member carrying the food.

The shelter is home to a wide variety of dogs. Some were picked up on the road, others were given up by their owners, and still others were rescued from starvation. But every one of them needs to eat a regular, healthy diet.

For many, food is also a form of treatment. An emaciated dog needs to gain weight; one recovering from surgery needs to regain strength; and a former stray needs a strong immune system. High-quality dry food with a balanced nutritional profile helps with this. Dogs need to be fed regularly. That is why food is the shelter’s largest and most consistent expense.
