Children with disabilities need medical nutrition

Our beneficiaries—children with disabilities—often cannot digest regular food, which leads to a deficiency of calories, vitamins, and micronutrients.

To address this deficiency, doctors prescribe nutritional formulas for the children; for many, these are as essential as medication. Some of our beneficiaries can only tolerate specific types of nutrition.

Specialized nutrition is required for these children on an ongoing basis, so we always strive to support their families.
