Dima suffered severe asphyxia and clinical death during childbirth. He can already roll onto his side, sit with back support, and attempt to take steps with assistance. He speaks a few words but cannot yet eat, drink, or dress himself.
Regular therapy is vital for him to learn how to maintain balance more confidently, coordinate his leg movements, and develop speech skills. A course of physical therapy (exercise therapy) and massage will help Dima strengthen his body and master essential new skills.
Currently, the boy is being raised by his father and grandmother: due to health reasons, his mother cannot be there to care for him. The family surrounds Dima with love, and his greatest joy is listening to his father play the guitar. The family cannot afford this costly rehabilitation on their own.
Please support Dima!
