Akhmed is 6 years old. By the age of 1.5, he began to cry frequently, did not pay attention to those around him, and did not respond to his name; eye contact disappeared. The boy started to withdraw, played alone, and quickly lost interest in toys. Specialists diagnosed him with delayed psycho-speech development, general speech underdevelopment of level 1 with autistic behavior, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Akhmed does not speak, partially understands spoken language, does not know how to communicate or play with peers, and exhibits stereotypical behaviors (jumping in place, running in circles, lining things up, etc.). He has behavioral and eating difficulties.

To improve his skills, the boy needs help from specialists in applied behavior analysis, sensory integration, adaptive sports, and a speech therapist-defectologist.
