Medical assistance for bedridden, lonely elderly people!

Fond «Prekrasnoe dalyoko» provides comprehensive support to elderly people living alone who find themselves in difficult life situations.

Our nurse helps maintain the health of those in our care: she measures blood pressure, monitors medication intake, follows doctors’ orders, treats bedsores, and more.

Our orderlies provide social and household assistance: they help with hygiene procedures, change diapers, bed pads, and bed linen, assist with cleaning, and handle other daily tasks that become overwhelming for elderly people with limited mobility.

For lonely grandmothers and grandfathers, a visit from our staff is sometimes their only social contact of the day and their only opportunity to receive home medical care.

We are currently raising funds for medications, medical home care supplies (syringes, bandages, etc.), as well as to pay the salaries of our nurse and two orderlies.
