Kamal is 8 years old. He has been diagnosed with delayed psychoverbal development (DPVD). The boy has been attending sessions at a rehabilitation center for almost three years. When he was first brought to therapy, he understood very little and had difficulty processing what was happening, and his speech was almost nonexistent.

Over the course of regular sessions, there has been tremendous progress: Kamal has become better at understanding speech addressed to him, and he now pronounces individual words and even tries to express his thoughts. To consolidate these results and learn new skills, he needs another course of rehabilitation. Unfortunately, his parents are unable to pay for it themselves due to financial difficulties.
