Mu'mina, who has psychological and speech development disorders, needs a course of rehabilitation

Muiemina is 4 years old. She has been diagnosed with a psychological and speech development disorder (ONR level 1) accompanied by behavioral issues.
Her parents learned about her developmental delay when Muiemina was one year old: she could neither sit nor crawl. Medical examinations began. An MRI revealed the consequences of a brain hemorrhage, which caused the delay, and also indicated a risk of developing epilepsy. After starting Voyta-terapiya, the first progress appeared—the girl learned to sit. Each subsequent rehabilitation brought its own results: by the age of two, Muiemina started walking, and now, at four, she can already say individual words. However, the main problem remains: she still does not have coherent speech or understanding of phrases addressed to her.
Now, to develop her speech and correct her behavior, the girl needs a comprehensive rehabilitation course. Unfortunately, this is an unaffordable amount for her family.
Let’s help Muiemina start speaking and make the world more understandable for her!
