Aizhan is 28 years old. She is calm, hardworking, and deeply devoted to her family. Before her illness, she worked hard, supported her relatives, loved surprising her loved ones with small gifts, and dreamed of owning her own home. Being independent and helpful to her family has always been important to Aizhan.
Everything changed after a severe car accident. Aizhan suffered a fractured femur. During the initial surgery, the bone was stabilized with metal hardware to ensure proper healing. However, a purulent infection later developed at the fracture site.
She has undergone several complex surgeries. Doctors have removed the source of the infection, replaced the metal hardware, and administered necessary treatments. Yet, they have not yet succeeded in fully eliminating the infection.
A new stage of surgery lies ahead: doctors plan to remove the existing hardware, re-stabilize the bone, and continue anti-inflammatory treatment.
The primary goal now is to eliminate the source of the inflammation, stabilize her leg, and reduce the risk of the infection returning. This treatment strategy aims to gradually restore mobility and her ability to move around independently.
Aizhan longs to return to the life that once seemed ordinary: walking without assistance, working, helping her mother, leaving the house, and going about her daily routine.
Her family has already exhausted nearly all their financial resources on treatment and cannot afford to pay for the upcoming surgery on their own.
Let us support Aizhan and help her recover from the tragic accident that claimed the life of her older sister.
