Misha is the third child in a large family with four children. In December, the boy will turn 5 years old. Unfortunately, he is behind in development compared to his peers due to speech problems.
Just recently, thanks to the tremendous efforts of his parents and specialists, his speech was finally initiated. This was a huge victory for the family, but there is still a lot of work ahead.
For further progress, Misha needs long-term sessions with a neuropsychologist, a special education teacher, a speech therapist, and a sensory integration specialist. Right now, it is extremely important for him to get as close as possible to age-appropriate norms so that he can continue to develop and study in a regular educational institution in the future.
The family is very hopeful that after rehabilitation, Misha's speech will continue to develop, new phrases and sentences will appear, and his coordination will improve along with the correction of motor impairments.
