Our orphans lie in hospitals for months or even years. They don't walk their older siblings to school, they don't pick up their own bags... and most likely, it may never happen in their lives... if we don't intervene!
Our kids want to learn, too. Let them each be at their own level, let them pick up and hand over an object for now, eat their own food, answer simple "what's your name?" questions, but they want to, too. Who knows where that road will lead, if you just start!
We know how to help them! We just need to organize a special school for special kids) Everyone at their level needs lessons with a defectologist, psychologist and other narrow specialists. Some of them are lying down or sitting in a special chair, in a hospital or a hospice, in between rehabilitation sessions, our charges try or fail, prank or diligently learn something new. Sofia Emelianova, an ABA therapist, has been working with our charges for three months now. The results are there, although everyone is different, but we believe that every lesson for our children adds to their development and the joy of childhood. Without your support it would not be possible to organize such a "special school". It is very important not to stop - children need lessons all the time, without a break!
