Little Halima has cerebral palsy. Because of the muscle tone, the girl's motor activity is severely impaired. She can't hold her head, she can't sit or walk. It is especially important to start treatment for cerebral palsy at an early age, when the child's muscles can easily be massaged and exercised. Halima underwent a therapy course with specialists in Ingushetia, after which she learned to sit up a little with support. That is progress for a child with such a severe form of cerebral palsy. At the moment the girl needs to take another course of rehabilitation. The Chilievs have five children; Halima's father is disabled after a severe accident. The family does not have enough money for the child's treatment.
