Rashid is ten years old. At the age of two and a half, he was diagnosed with delayed psycho-speech development (DPSD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Since then, Rashid has been undergoing continuous rehabilitation, and this journey has already brought results: the boy has started to speak, albeit unclearly for now, and he has begun to eat independently. Each of these skills is a victory achieved through years of hard work.
But it is too early to stop. Rashid is still selective about food, and his speech requires further work. He now needs a new course of rehabilitation in several areas: physical therapy, massage, sessions with a speech therapist, and a psychologist.
Physical therapy and massage strengthen the body and help manage tension, the speech therapist works on his speech, and the psychologist focuses on his emotional sphere and communication skills. Together, these activities consolidate the progress made and open up new opportunities.
The family cannot afford to pay for the course on their own. Help Rashid continue his rehabilitation—give him a chance to speak more clearly and feel more confident.
