About the campaign

Since birth, Maryam has experienced serious difficulties with feeding. The girl cannot eat by mouth on her own: when attempts are made to feed her, she chokes and regurgitates. Currently, Maryam receives nutrition through a nasogastric tube.

Maryam has been diagnosed with post-hypoxic encephalopathy and pseudobulbar syndrome. She has also undergone heart surgery—a repair of the aortic arch and isthmus.

To help Maryam develop eating skills and gradually expand her diet, a specialized course at the Bacqadam center in Kazakhstan has been recommended.

The program includes individual sessions, daily work with the child during meals, and training for her mother on methods to reinforce results at home.

The family is seeking assistance to pay for the rehabilitation course, airfare for the trip, and accommodation during treatment.

Please support Maryam! Help her take important steps toward independent eating.

*If the amount raised exceeds what is needed, the surplus will be directed to the foundation’s statutory purposes.
