Fond 'Ty emu nuzhen' has opened a new facility—a developmental center called 'Domik detyam.' Here, orphans and foster children with special health needs can receive the necessary support during their stay at the social center and throughout rehabilitation.
The center will offer sessions with a speech therapist and a special education teacher, adaptive physical education, massage, and other activities. Development becomes part of the child's daily life: classes, games, and communication help reinforce skills, try new things, and maintain progress between treatment courses—in a calm environment and without pressure. All of this helps children recover after hospital stays and acquire new skills even during long-term treatment.
Currently, the Fond needs to pay for one month of rent for the facility.
