Islam has an autism spectrum disorder. At one year old, the boy's parents began to notice changes in the behavior of Islam. The boy twisted all the toys, walked in circles, spun on the spot, did not respond to the name, did not look into the eyes, did not react to the addressed speech. Islam regularly receives medication, is engaged with a speech therapist and a psychologist.
Today Islam is 4 years old. The boy says individual words, likes to repeat phrases from cartoons, but there is no speech as such. He does not feel danger (he takes a knife, runs out on the road, runs away on the street). He does not conduct a dialogue, does not answer questions, as if they are not talking to him. Self-service skills are not formed. There is a selectivity to food. Islam needs help in paying for a rehabilitation course, which will include a comprehensive examination of the boy, testing, determining the level of skills, as well as intensive classes with specialized specialists.
