Angelina got orthotics!

Angelina, the first of the twins, was born at 26 weeks weighing 930g and with 33cm height. From the first minute of her life Angelina had to fight for life - she could not breathe on her own, she was intubated right in the delivery room and a ventilator was connected. After this she was in intensive care unit for a month. After resuscitation she was nursed for 7 weeks by children's doctors in Scientific and Practical Centre in Solntsevo, where she was discharged home with the following diagnosis: cerebral ischemia of the 2nd degree, retinopathy of prematurity of the 2nd degree, haemangioma of the frontal area, open oval window. When Angelina was 8 months old, her parents noticed that Angelina was falling behind her brother - she couldn't hold her head or turn over. At that time her parents began rehabilitation in the DP Centre, where the doctors were the first to report that the tone in her legs was very high and there was a risk of cerebral palsy. At the age of 1.6 she was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, spastic diplegia with predominantly left side lesions. Despite financial difficulties, Angelina's family did not give up. The little girl underwent many rehabilitation courses in the DP centre, the Galileo centre, the "Miloserdiye" International Youth Centre, and the RC "Solntse Moe". With each new course Angelina achieves new skills - she developed her left arm, learned to crawl, to stand on high knees, and now she is learning to walk in a walker with special splints. For successful rehabilitation Angelina now needs orthoses - two ankle braces, which are very expensive (110 408 rubbles). The girl has a big family - they have four children: Gleb (21 years), Alexandra (9 years), Arseniy and Angelina - twins (5 years). Parents of the baby girl are hoping for your help.
