Vitya is 10 years old and has been a nobody all his life. Vitya is one of 12 children living in institutions for orphans from different regions of Russia to whom we are ready to make video questionnaires. All of these children have severe disabilities, so they have little chance of finding resource parents.
The photos in the federal database of orphans are completely uninformative. It is impossible to see the child on them, and most importantly it is difficult for potential parents to assess their own strengths.
Our organization has been placing kids with special needs in families for over 5 years. We have already placed more than 300 children in families.
Not everyone can take an orphaned child into a family, but everyone can become a guide for this child on his or her way to a family by helping to raise money for the production of video vouchers.
