Babysitters are needed to support such children after painful procedures, to nurse them after major surgery, to care for them, to feed them, to read them books, and to stay up nights with them. Babysitters "He Needs You" are with children in hospitals around the clock. At first, the children are stressed - they have been plucked from the familiar walls of the Children's Home and taken to an unfamiliar place where they do not know a single familiar person. Nannies know how to approach children - how to calm them down, how to make them calm down and stop being afraid. Our nannies are like a mother. Fundraising goes to ensure that every child left without adult care has his or her own personal hospital babysitter. In the five years that He Needs You, more than 350 orphaned children have been in the caring hands of our hospital nannies.
