Dima was born on time, there were no complications. He was developing normally until he was about 3 years old, after that he stopped speaking even simple words such as mom, dad and baba. The boy began to be very afraid of doctors, so it was very difficult to get even to the pediatrician. Around the age of 4, Dima started speaking simple words again, but almost all of his speech consisted of sounds and vowel letters. Treatment and rehabilitation were difficult, as the boy had a hard time tolerating procedures. At age 7, Dima was diagnosed with delayed psycho-speech development and given a disability. When he was 8 years old, he began attending classes with a speech therapist-defectologist at the inclusive children's center "Romashka. They managed to find an approach to the boy, and he is not afraid to go to lessons. Dima's progress after attending classes is noticeable. In order to keep the acquired skills, and also to get new ones, Dima needs rehabilitation course. Unfortunately, his family does not have that kind of money. That is why we are asking everyone who cares, to help the boy continue to develop.
