Vadim received an upright

When Vadim was 10 months old, his temperature skyrocketed - he became lethargic, drowsy, and then started fever, vomiting, and stopped staring. The boy was rushed to the intensive care unit.

After numerous examinations, doctors found the reason for this worsening of the child's condition. He suffered from herpetic meningoencephalitis, there was damage to the central nervous system.

For a long time, Vadim could not breathe on his own - only through a tracheostomy, a special tube in his throat. But thanks to continuous treatment and rehabilitation it was removed.

In three years, Vadim has achieved great results: he learned to hold and turn his head, to keep his back when sitting and standing with the support of his knees or with his hands, to stand on all fours often without support. This is an incredible achievement for a child!

For further rehabilitation, the boy needs an uprighting device: it will help stabilize the hip joints, strengthen the back, straighten the knees and keep the feet in the correct position for a long time.
