Yulia's mother, while pregnant with her, took a train to the suburbs to visit her mother.
It was very stuffy in the carriage, plus she had to stand and no one gave way.
The woman lost consciousness, and when she came to, she found that her water had broken. People called an ambulance. Doctors were already waiting on the platform.
At the hospital, the woman was stopped bleeding and her blood pressure was brought down to 220 and then sent home, where she became ill again.
The result was an emergency caesarean, but carried out 12 hours late. All this time the baby was suffering from a lack of oxygen. In addition, the girl was born very premature, fitting in the palm of her hand.
Julija spent the first two months of her life on a ventilator. And when she was discharged, the doctors and of course her mother hoped that she would recover and catch up with her peers.
But at the age of 1, she was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Then epilepsy, optic atrophy and strabismus were added.
Nevertheless, the girl's intellect was intact and she successfully went to school. But she has not been able to go to college yet. She has to get on her feet and be self-sufficient. This is what the girl is on her way to, through all the hardships and a large number of treatment courses.
Recently Julija underwent surgery to restore her locomotive system, namely her knee and ankle joints.
Rehabilitation is now necessary to achieve good and stable results.
Her mother is not able to pay for the treatment as she is a pensioner, does not work and takes care of her disabled daughter.
❤️ Let's help Julija to get back on her feet and go towards her dream - to live a healthy life, to walk, study and realise her talents!
