Mitya has passed another rehabilitation course!

6-year-old Mitya has autism. The boy does not talk, does not play with other children, self-service skills are partially developed. After undergoing an intensive rehabilitation course, Mitya has significantly improved his skills, as well as learned new ones! The behavioral analyst taught Mitya how to play lotto, compare verb-noun cards, show objects and follow instructions in space. The specialist worked on developing the listener's behavior, now Mitya can clearly distinguish instructions by ear, without using a visual hint. He learned to take off and put on shoes, socks, shorts and a cap on his own. In the adaptive physical education classes, Mitya learned new exercises using a hoop, a gyro scooter, a ball, a blazerpod, and became more confident in roller skating, and most importantly, he mastered cycling! The sensory integration specialist worked on setting the correct sensation and coordination of the hands, feet, head, abdomen and motor planning. The teacher fixed the display with gestures, now Mitya can show "yes" and "no" with a nod of his head without a card. The boy's hand-eye coordination has significantly improved.
