Alyosha went through a course of rehabilitation and has already begun to take confident steps!

Thanks to the help of concerned people and the Tooba platform, three-year-old Alyosha Tuleninov was able to undergo a rehabilitation course after a serious illness - pilocytic astrocytoma (a brain tumor). Alyosha is a very joyful and active boy, but after the disease he cannot move freely and walks with difficulty. During the rehabilitation course Alyosha diligently followed the doctors' instructions. Every day he had physiotherapy sessions, special exercises in the swimming pool, and psychological consultations. Experienced massage therapist worked with Alyosha every day, trying to return mobility to his legs. The course of rehabilitation brought good results: Alyosha now walks with much more confidence, holding his mother's hand. Earlier, he could only take a few steps, holding on to both of his arms. X-shape of the feet almost completely disappeared, Alyosha's feet are much firmer now, which he could not do before. A new achievement after rehabilitation was walking on the stairs, which until recently was inaccessible to Alyosha. "I am happy to see how Alyosha is beginning to walk again, overcoming all the difficulties step by step. I know there is still a lot of work ahead, but I see positive dynamics and believe that my son will walk independently. I am eternally thankful to the people who helped pay for such an important rehabilitation course for us! - says Alyosha's mother.
