Mohammad is 8 years old and has a developmental delay. The boy is studying in the 2nd grade of a correctional school, as he lags behind his peers in his academic and speech skills.
From May to June 2022, Mohammed underwent 3 intensive rehabilitation courses and made significant progress in his development!
After undergoing intensive classes with an adaptive sports instructor, the boy learned to jump, perform exercises with a ball and a hoop, overcome barriers, crawl, perform exercises to improve large and small motor skills, overcome an obstacle course.
During intensive classes with an AVA specialist, Mohammed learned to distinguish and correctly use prepositions, pronouns and opposites in speech. The specialist also worked on the development of the boy's cognitive skills, thanks to which he learned to describe plot pictures and retell the text he read. Muhammad also studied the seasons – names, months and their signs.
