Little Asan had a successful eye surgery!

Little Iskandarbekov Asan became an unexpected New Year's present for his parents. He was born on 01.01.2019, 10 weeks before his due date. The baby was in the incubator for a month to be nursed. And a month after discharge, the parents noticed a blurring in their son's eyes and went to an ophthalmologist. The doctor diagnosed the boy with retinopathy of prematurity degree 5, and said that this is not treated in Kyrgyzstan. The parents were told that the necessary treatment could be done in Russia. The family flew to Moscow, where the diagnosis was confirmed and the doctors prescribed treatment. During his 3 years of life Assan had already undergone 5 eye operations, which were successful. Now the boy has to have another surgery, but his family has not enough money to pay for the necessary treatment by themselves. Asan is growing up a cheerful and kind boy. He loves musical toys and big cars. Together with his mom, he is learning how to talk about different animals and can already count in both Russian and Kyrgyz.
