Muhammad is 7 years old. The boy was born with a twofold tight cord entanglement, because of which he suffered hypoxia and ended up in the department of pathology of newborns. At the age of 1.3, my mother noticed that Muhammad began to throw tantrums when guests came to the house. By the age of 2, the boy did not have an understanding of reversed speech and independent speech, there was no eye contact. As a result, Muhammad was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Now the boy is 7 years old. Thanks to the treatment and classes, Muhammad was diagnosed with delayed speech development and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. But there are still a number of serious problems associated with the development of the boy – he still does not speak, understands addressed speech only at the household level, does not know how to eat independently, play games, there is no pointing gesture, large and small motor skills are poorly developed, cannot keep balance. Parents invest a lot of effort and money in classes with their son, since the age of 2, Muhammad has been constantly engaged with a speech therapist, a speech pathologist, visits a swimming pool, sensory integration classes, physical therapy, as well as treatment with hardware methods. At the moment, the family does not have the funds to pay for an intensive rehabilitation course that would help Muhammad overcome his developmental delay and learn new skills!
