Going to the dentist is also stressful for a healthy child, and for a “butterfly” child, this is a severe test. In severe forms of epidermolysis bullosa, not only the skin is affected, but also the mucous membranes. Not every doctor will undertake to treat a “butterfly”: there are very few dentists in Russia with such a level of qualification. The Butterfly Children Charitable Foundation helps its wards to get to just such specialists in Moscow and regional clinics. We are opening a collection for dental care for three little "butterflies" - 11-year-old Patimat Gelachova and Nicholas Kozynda and 7-year-old Ismoil Kosimov. The guys have a hard time anyway: most of their life is a struggle with a difficult diagnosis (a dystrophic form of BE).
