Safiya completed a rehabilitation course, where she learned important skills!

Safiya is 6 years old and she has a delay in psychorechological development with an autistic form of behavior, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The girl does not speak, only vocalizes, is very active, does not sit still, does not follow instructions. Thanks to the well-coordinated work of specialists during the intensive rehabilitation course, Safiya has a positive dynamic in her development. She learned to jump, keep her balance, throw at the target, ride a gyro scooter and a scooter. Safiya introduced the PECS alternative communication system, thanks to which the girl learned to ask for motivational items using a card. In addition, the AVA specialist focused on motor imitation, and on the independent execution of instructions with and without a subject. Work was also actively carried out to improve the visual skills and behavior of the listener. Thanks to the above measures, Safiya's understanding of the reversed speech has significantly improved, perseverance, focus on completing the task has appeared, episodes of undesirable behavior have decreased. For Safia, an individual development program was developed using the AVA method, thanks to which the girl will be able to consolidate the acquired skills and master new ones!
