Adam has been ill from birth with epidermolysis bullosa, a rare ailment that causes the skin to become fragile, like butterfly wings, and any movement, even the arms of his mother, can injure her. But his parents did not find out about the diagnosis right away - the doctors at the maternity hospital could not determine the disease.

Attempts to cope with the disease on their own did not lead to anything - out of desperation, even sea buckthorn oil was used.
