Deni has autism spectrum disorder with hyperactivity. The boy speaks poorly and understands the addressed speech, often shows undesirable behavior.

Thanks to your help, Deni came to Astrakhan for a month-long intensive rehabilitation course!

A sensory integration specialist has been working to reduce the hyperactive traits in Deni behavior. Thanks to this, Deni has an improvement in vestibular perception, he has mastered the skill of delaying attention and concentration while performing tasks, restless behavior has noticeably decreased.

In adaptive sports, Deni learned to follow instructions with an object - a hoop, a ball, cones, a rope, jump over barriers, throw balls at a target, ride a bicycle and a gyro scooter.

The ABA-specialist worked on expanding the vocabulary, constructing more complex sentences, developing large and small motor imitation, and independently following instructions with and without a subject. Deni learned to distinguish between identical and non-identical pictures, mastered geometric shapes and colors, the ratio of objects by category, and gained basic knowledge about the world around him.

Deviations in the development of Deni, mom noticed when the boy was 3 years old. Deni stopped speaking, understanding the converted speech and playing with the children. A neurologist diagnosed him with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorder.

Soon Deni will be 6 years old, he still does not speak, he is very nervous when he is not understood, understands the addressed speech partially, does not play joint games, can show aggression when his toys are touched, there are often tantrums.

Deni needs a full-fledged rehabilitation course, which includes classes with a behavioral analyst and an adaptive physical education coach, a speech therapist and a sensory integration specialist. The boy will also undergo courses of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and bioacoustic correction of the brain.
