Little Nuremir had surgery on his eye!

Nuremir Timurov was born in the city of Beshkek in the 28th week of a multiple pregnancy.

He was born second, following his stillborn brother, whose death triggered the premature birth.

After a while, the child was diagnosed with stage 4 retinopathy in both eyes!

The only part-time job in the family was the father. No permanent job. At the moment they are living with Nuremir's grandmother on his mother's side.

In May this year the family took a loan and paid for a complicated surgery on his right eye.

The surgery was a success, but a month later after the next checkup, the doctor found a detached retina on his right eye and a laceration on his left!

Today the family cannot afford to pay for the second surgery as they are paying a large loan in their already difficult financial situation.

They do not have Russian citizenship, so they had to appeal to our charitable foundation.

Now the baby is already 5 months old - he can smile and follow his toys.
