The Kichev family consists of only two people: a mother who underwent three surgeries and a son who has acute heart failure.

Due to serious health problems, mother and son are incapacitated.

The house in which this family lives has fallen into a state of complete disrepair: the floors are rotten, the roof is not insulated, the walls are peeling off, the windows are rotten. The house lacks the most necessary conditions: no water, no gas. The benefits that this family receives are barely enough for daily living expenses and medicines.
