Shabat Golandzia undergoes another course of rehabilitation treatment in the rehabilitation and diagnostic center in Sukhum city

Shabat Golandzija has cerebral palsy. Since he was born, the boy has been fighting his disease. Because of the complexity of the disease, his whole life is associated with visits to doctors and rehabilitation courses. Until he was five, the boy could not walk independently or hold his back for long periods of time. But, thanks to the support of concerned people, in 2019 the boy successfully underwent a course of treatment in the Russian clinic, where all the necessary procedures were performed, after which the child stopped leaning on his toes and stood on his full foot. Shabat also underwent rehabilitation courses at a local health center. In order to strengthen the results of the passed courses of treatment, now Shabat needs to pass the next rehabilitation course and daily work with a specialist. During rehabilitation they will strengthen the muscles of legs and back; develop motor and locomotor functions of the child; correct his body in space, taking into account anatomical positions and norms. Thanks to all these procedures Shabat will be one step closer to a happy healthy future. The cost of the annual rehabilitation is 300,549 rubles. Only by joining efforts we all together will be able to make Shabat stand, walk and run independently.
