Darina finally got her long-awaited hearing aids! Now she can hear perfectly, communicate with her loved ones, and study. When she was 2 years old, Darina stopped hearing after she had meningitis. Doctors diagnosed her with Grade 4 sensorineural hearing loss which is almost total deafness. Since then she could not imagine her life without hearing aids. She finished school with them, entered Ufa Multiprofile College, and chose hairdressing as her profession. And everything would be fine, but the only thing is that the devices need to be replaced every four years, otherwise there is background noise, hearing deteriorates, and with it the quality of life of the girl goes down.
