Baby Abubakir underwent successful heart surgery!

Dear Tubers! Almost two years ago, Adela was scheduled for an operation to correct a congenital heart defect. It is still unknown when the operation will take place, or whether it will take place at all. We have redirected the funds raised for the surgical treatment of another baby with a heart defect. Our Ababakir is already seven months old. With your help, in September, Ababakir underwent an operation to partially correct a complex congenital heart defect. Using a special shunt tube, cardiac surgeons connected the pulmonary arteries to the general circulatory system and thereby restored the impaired blood flow. Without such an operation, the boy experienced a severe lack of oxygen, suffocated, turned blue and became very tired even from minor efforts. The boy feels much better. He explores the world around him with interest, shows healthy activity and smiles happily to the delight of his mom and dad. We have done a good deed together, which brought relief to the boy Ababakir and his family. We are very grateful to you!
