Mger has graft-versus-host reaction: inflammatory bowel disorder, mucosal inflammation, constant infections and rashes, that almost totally changed color of his skin.
All of this are complications of his year and a half long fight with blood cancer, acute leukemia.
Mger went through many trials: chemotherapy, high-dose chemotherapy, and bone marrow transplant. He almost overcome the disease, but then he got graft-versus-host disease: immune donor cells recognized Mger own cells as enemies and started to attack them.
He needs Jakavi medicine to overcome the disease. Unfortunately, he can’t get it for free and he can’t pay for it. All his time and power are dedicated to his fight with the disease and his wife has to support two children alone. They really need our help.
