Seifullah is 5 years old. At an early age, he was diagnosed with residual CNS insufficiency, secondary systemic speech underdevelopment against the background of moderate cognitive deficits. Seifullah does not talk, does not come into contact with other children, is afraid of strangers.

To cope with developmental problems, the boy needs an intensive rehabilitation course, including classes with a behavioral analyst, a speech therapist, a sports instructor and a sensory integration specialist, as well as courses of hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
