The life of 6-year-old Aishat is similar to the life of millions of children across the country: she loves cartoons, enjoys drawing, making crafts and playing with her brother. The only difference is that every morning Aishat begins with a long dressing, which allows her to live a normal life.
Aishat has a severe diagnosis - epidermolysis bullosa. This disease affects the skin, making it extremely vulnerable - even rubbing the seams from clothes can lead to the formation of wounds that will hurt a lot and heal for a long time. Due to the increased fragility of the skin, such children are called "butterflies". Epidermolysis bullosa cannot be cured today, but it is possible to maintain a satisfactory condition of the skin by protecting and treating it every day.
For dressing Aishat, special tools are needed, which are used in burn centers. Ordinary bandages stick to wounds and injure the girl's delicate skin even worse.
Fortunately, we can help this family. Let's do that!
