A very emaciated Naida came to us in the middle of last summer. The dog had a severe hypoglycemic condition, which was subsequently stabilized. As it turned out, the saithe has diabetes. Just like humans, dogs need a special diet for diabetes that is designed to help relieve symptoms.

The supply of medicines turned out to be large, but the special food leaves quickly and is constantly needed. Thanks to you, we bought two bags of food, which will last for about 2 months.

Naida dog with diabetes needs special food and medication

A very emaciated Naida came to us in the middle of summer. The dog had a severe hypoglycemic condition, which was subsequently stabilized.

Now the girl is already completely used to blood sampling and injections 2 times a day. She understands that we do not want to hurt, but we do our best to care and protect.

Just like humans, dogs need a special diet for diabetes that is designed to help relieve symptoms. Now we are raising funds for special food for diabetics, as well as for injections, which are vital for Naida. This amount is enough for about 2 months.

Diabetes mellitus is a lifelong chronic disease. An animal that requires constant medical supervision is a big financial burden for the foundation. But together with you we can help the dog. And who knows - perhaps one day Naida will find her home, despite all the difficulties!
